Voicemail Scam

I received an email today to my Yahoo account telling me there was a Voicemail from a phone number that did not seem to exist when I Googled it, and telling me to click on a link to hear the Voicemail.
This is obviously a scam of some sort, I have found a few references to it on the Internet, but it was a new one to me.

I had a text to my mobile today telling me that I had a voicemail message ... didn't even know I had voicemail !!!! I just deleted the message.

I would think it very odd if I got an email claiming to know about voicemail. Can't see how the two could be linked, so I'd delete it anyway.
