Why is Jeremy so weathly?

I don't begrudge him his money but wonder how he managed to get so well off .
I mean we expect Tories to be Capitalist Ba........ds but the labour lot are not exactly at the coal face are they?

I don"t know the answer, but expect others will.
Was it family money as he was supposed to privately educated.

Jeremy was most certainly privately educated as a youngster, went to Prep School and then as a Day Pupil to Adams.

They all have pots of money, and more than most send their children to private schools. Diane Abbott, have you ever heard her principles ?... but hey, she sent her son to private school.
They are all hypocrites of the highest degree. Tony Benn another.(RIP) They come from money and where the Tories don't deny it, the Labourites do deny it, and that is worse in my opinion.
Corbyns wife has a business selling Free Trade coffee beans sourced in Mexico where they live in shacks and can't afford to feed themselves. Selling it for £10 a bag, the farmers earn 93p of that. I wonder if she works from home, and if she pays business rates !!

Why is Jeremy so wealthy? Or Billy Bragg? Or Morrisey?

I don't begrudge anyone being wealthy - good luck to them but don't bang on about the evils of capitalism when you are part of it.

Corbyn is not the only wealthy Labour politician. Michael Meacher apparently left £5 million when he died recently. Being a Labour politician obviously pays well.
