BTW that idiot was supposed to have started building the Mexican wall as soon as he took office, not a single brick has been put in place yet.

That is wrong. Pres. Trump needs 20 billion USD to build the wall. He can not simply give an order without the money to back it up. Congress must authorize the funds.
6 prototypes have been built and tested to see which ones are the most effective.
The leftists are fighting him tooth and nail.
The wall will be built, but it can not happen over night.
I don't know where you got your information about Trump building the wall as soon as he took office, but it is wrong.
