Colloidal Silver

Anyone remember or use Colloidal Silver?

It was used as an antibiotic until around the 1940s, and I just wondered if anyone here used it or have any personal experience with it..

I can remember people using it to treat animals Azz
It was used a bit like antiseptic and antibiotics are these days . The choices of medication were very limited them.

I have never used it .

...how would one know for sure Carol as with many old remedies some subjects improved some didn't just the same as if nothing had been used at all
When there was no alternative due to lack of availability or cost people tried lots of things .
We had all sorts of odd preparations in the kennels years ago.

I'll have to look it up again, did so years ago, you took a spoonful of it but cant recall the benefits .......

Colloidal Silver became illegal in the EU as of the 1st January 2010.

Silver has no known purpose in the body, nor is it an essential mineral.
