I am doing really well with my blood sugars now, but I just thought I would let people know that when I broke my arm my blood sugars kept going really low so I was having to do around 8 readings a day.
My physio told me that the healing process was probably using more of my energy. She also said that, as I could only use one hand to carry things then I probably had to do twice as much walking!
I'm Type 2 diabetic, my blood sugar hovers around 4.5-5.5 rising to around 7.0 a couple of hours after a meal which I don't think is too bad. I take Metformin for the condition but also watch my diet.
Fry onions, when cooked add 200g chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger, chilli, cumin, turmeric, mushrooms and Veg. Mince. Fry all in frying pan then add 80ml of cold water, simmer for 5 mins.
