Summer you must be a nicer person than me, because I think they would find a way to rig the vote, if they had to. I wouldn't trust any of them as far as I could throw them!
You are right in suggesting that the EU would treat us as the lowest of the low, if we did change our vote though, and that would cost us more than leaving!

They won't let us change our mind without signing up for all the things we refused to. If remainers cause that we really will be in trouble forget trade deals we will all be dealing in euros !

Re: Nigel Farage

I have been watching this with interest.

The way things are going, I should not be surprised if we see the death of democracy in this country and quite likely our permanent loss of sovereignty.

As I have said before, we get what we deserve.

It's sad as that's what many of us were trying to avoid. Just because some can't accept a democratic decision it's in danger.

The E U will hold onto the U k until it feels the time is right to let it go, they could do it at any time but I think they are dragging their heels to dissuade any other countries from going down the same line by making it look not worth the effort.

Yes, that's the sad thing: a minority dictating to the majority. Such things have led to civil war in the past!

They are indeed. What's more, they are demanding a specified 'fine' for the right to leave with no guarantee of any trade agreement. Assuming that Theresa the Appeaser hands over their demand, that too will act to deter other countries from following our lead.
