I use it for the gym sometimes and for work if I attach my SoundSquare speaker to it (not allowed headphones at work).
The only trouble is sometimes the tracks get mixed up. I.e. it goes straight to shuffle instead of playing a full album.
But for my hols I'm not that bothered. It's just for playing while relaxing or going for a walk early before my missus gets up!

I've still got an iPod Shuffle which is 7 years old. I hardly ever listen to it, though, as most of my 'phones are Bluetooth.

Although I do possess some very nice Dunu Titan 1 earphones, the wire just seems a mess these days - it's funny how we adapt.

I'm going to be playing my new TV through my Sony Hi-Fi and that's the only use I'll have been able to find for it. (I'm always listening to BT headphones). It'll definitely work well as TV speakers are too weak and tinny. The Hi-Fi plays Bluetooth, accepts a USB socket for listening that way (although I've never bothered as it's easier to navigate on a phone. It also has a CD player which I've never used. Strange, although it's a Sony it didn't cost me much but at least now I'm going to finally get some use out of it.
