Time for reflection with a Russian chant for the period of Lent.
This is once again from the very excellent Moscow Sretensky Monastery Choir.

A little Mozart to ease into Saturday.

What better way than the second movement from a sublime divertimento.
This is the extremely courageous and incomparable Seiji Ozawa conducting his beloved Saito Kinen Orchestra.
Good to know you are still in there fighting hard Seiji

Re: Hammer's odds 'n' ends

This track is from the album: Magical Spa, and is part of the 'Feel Good Collection' by Fridrik Karlsson. I think this one maybe still available as an import.

I have most of this collection and he is an astonishing talent for this type of relaxation and treatment accompanying music.
Of the four tracks on the CD, this is a perhaps a good example of his work.
1. Heaven
2. Make a Wish
3. Eternity
4. Starlight
