Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Nice and sunny here again but chilly in the shade
I watched the whole of the Trump Show yesterday and was waiting for someone to take a pop at him .

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Wish I hadn't bothered having the car washed-it's dirty again after driving on the M4.The sun was so low this morning it was terrible to drive.
If someone tried to take a pop at Trump yesterday the shout would have been "Donald duck"!
Think I'm heading for a cold my throat feels a bit sore so I'm going to take it easy for the rest of the day(good excuse)

Good evening everybody. Met some of my nieces yesterday and we had a good old chinwag last night. They drove home today and we went out for lunch.

Felt rotten yesterday-hate having a cold. Was hoping to go to see the baby tomorrow but keeping away until this cold has gone would hate to pass it on.
Hope you don't have to pay out too much for your car Sue but it's got to be done.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

So cross! Asked a kind friend to take me up to garage for car, only to discover that it had failed its MOT because of a broken roll bar. Said item wouldn't be at the garage until 4 pm (it was 2.30 when I got there). Asked why they hadn't rung me and they said they had - I'm obviously deafer than I thought since I was in the same room as the phone....... Now having to take the thing back up there tomorrow for the part to be fitted, sigh! - and pay the bill!

Hope you're feeling better Rhosyn - it's good to moan on here isn't it?
