I am really grumpy after my visit to the post office today.
I needed to send some documents to a close relative in Australia and they needed to get there as quickly as possible because they needed a signature and have to be returned quickly. They assure me it will be delivered in four or five days and it cost £8.50. And they only weighed enough to be sent by the normal cost of a postage stamp here in this country.

I never did collect the letter, it is still there .

I didn't receive a birthday card from my niece Sarah and I know she sent one so I guess the mystery post is a card from Sarah. I know from her mum that she put a stamp on it so guess it came off.

I will not give the miserable postage service the satisfaction of having a £1 of my money
