My steps not there, it's 'I'll do the best I can' it's not always about succeeding but about trying to the best of your ability to do it. If you still can't do it then you haven't failed you did your best and that's what counts.

Following yesterday's sojourn to Mum's and back, on the train, with my cold, I feel far worse and had a really bad night.

I walked, did some shopping en route + HW as usual.

Thus proving that 'activity' is not necessarily all it's cracked up to be.
