yes this will be our third visit - the first two were spent mainly around the Disney World area with our grandchildren but now they are getting older, our plan is to see a bit more of Florida with them and have a few relaxing days on the beaches

Meg, I sympathise with you and your back pain .... it is so easily done yet takes ages to get better. I can recommend the 'over the counter' painkiller Max, that is the only one that works for me other than prescription painkillers. I hope your back improves soon....
I am trying to manage without pain killers if I can at the moment , the pain is there as a reminder not to do too much and will help to keep me in check if I get over enthusiastic with the cleaning
