Re: What age do you feel on a good day?

Usually, my thirties (I'm 51), on bad days, I feel my age. I just try not to think about my age because it shocks me & cannot believe what happened!

My actual age (59) doesn't bother me. I welcome each birthday!
Bring 'em on!

I've been 25 for a number of decades now though I don't always remember picking things up off the ground being quite so hard.

The secret to eternal youth is not having any mirrors about.

I agree about the mirrors! Most of the time I don't feel any different from what I felt at 35 or 40. At the moment I've damaged my knee and can't run or jump so that makes me feel my age much more. The real issue is when I look in the mirror and see my dad looking back at me!

I’ve already done away with clocks. Maybe it’s time for the mirrors to go as well. Then no doubt it’ll be the stairs - I live in a first floor flat. Thankfully, everything I’m losing is on the outside of me. When it come to the inside of me - I might just lay down and die.
