That look would do well to come back ... It's better than any look today!

My parents didn't like the Beatles, because apparently they had filthy long hair.

But is it any worse than Jane Austen's time? VERY tight breeches and very off hairstyles.

Re: Young Men!

What gets me Steve, is not men's fashion faux pas but that of some women. Why do they have one side of their top pushed down their shoulder, to expose a bra strap?

I mean...why?!

But I prefer that to half their bum hanging out their trousers. Hope they tuck it in better when the snow comes!

Where I work the women seem to have that problem too.
Either that or low-cut necklines revealing quite a lot of cleavage.

I can turn away - I do too - but some of our residents are still relatively young men and it's a bit unfair on them I think, showing 90% of what you've got when their sex lives are probably non-existent.

I'm not talking bollocks here either - male residents do talk to male staff in a care home! stevmk2

Re: Young Men!

It is all about fashion and I am sure we all liked the "in look" of our early years, even if our parents didn't. We all thought we looked great at the time, just as today's youngsters do, so why not let them get on with it and have the fun we did at their age. I don't think they are trying to impress us old folk
