I expect apes like people have different ways of communicatingWhales that travel in pods speak their own language even though they maybe of the same species.
There was no such thing as the Kings English until the advent of the railway .People spoke English with the dialect of where they were reared as the average person did not travel very far .The King up for several generations spoke English with a German accent .
The present Queen talks like the Queen although in latter years even she doesn't sound as much like the Qween as she once did !
Received pronounciation ( supposedly spoken by the more educated classes ) or BBC English was generally AIUT thought to come into being with the invention of radio .
