Had a Haggis in my fridge, placed that in a dish in the oven, peeled & chopped potatoes, parsnips, & celeriac. When cooked placed in a bowl with a large knob of butter and mashed them together. Served on a plate with the Haggis, and gravy - FABULOUS!!!

Curried pork and Egg Fried Rice. Bit on the hot side. Didn't have much of an appetite today.

Lasagne, which was made yesterday. It is now cut and in bags in the freezer. Had chips and peas with it, it is a meal I enjoy.

Moyra darlin' you can soften down the spiciness of your curry by adding 'Blue Dragon' Cocoanut cream (it comes in a block and you just cut however much of it you want) and add it to your curry. It will enrichen, thicken and take away some of the heat from your curry.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Belief it or not Hazel it was only a small Turkey 4.4kg and we got 5 meals plus the legs out of it, that's having 3 large slices each.

Unfortuneatly no more Turkey left now.

Sue xx
