Contentment. Since I realised that I really need very little in the way of material things and I actually have the most important things, (health, a home and enough money for my needs), I have this lovely feeling of contentment or maybe it's peace of mind.

hearing and eyesight. wish I could have better health, but at least I,m mobile and active.
given up on happiness and contentment! hope to find them sometime down the line in future years.

The most important thing in my life - second to family who is the single most important thing - is my record player. Without my music I would be very miserable indeed.
