Re: Forgetfullness

I don't suffer from forgetfulness , yet that is ,although I'm not good on memories . I can't recall things that happened between the ages of 7 and 10 however . My sister was born when I was 7 ,but why would I not remember her first 3 years ?

I write everything down - if I remember.

Re: Forgetfullness

Everybody forgets things from the age of about 0.1 years. It's the severity and regularity of the forgetfulness which needs monitoring over time. If it happens a lot and more often, you may need to see your doctor.

Re: Forgetfullness

Ive never ever been good with names, Im hopeless with them. Even people I work with I sometimes have to stop and think of their names. People I haven't seen for a while, Ive no chance with. Even had to think long and hard about my step sons name the other day

I do have the odd "what did I come in here for" moment but nothing really worrying.

I am not good with faces especially those of women, these days, they don't seem to register, unless I see them on a very frequent basis, goodness knows why.

Re: Forgetfullness

I read a post earlier about a dog who was poorly but was going to the vet for a check up previously arranged. I think the dog was called Alfie?. Hope he's OK. Can't remember what post it was on or the owners name, Sorry.
