Us ladies are merely enjoying the perks of retirement and you are just jealous.
In fact I have frequently pondered on whether you two old decrepits are even safe still working. I would have pensioned you orf long ago.

There are many 65+ year olds retired from work, it came as no shock to them, they gave up work, four decades previous, and coasted, real workers IE Blokes would be uneasy in retirement.
