You need to find someone in your area who will give you a few tips on basic picture manipulation.

Seasoned internet users tend to have their own favourite software.

If you type 'Adding speech bubbles to a picture' into Google it will give you a variety of options.

Some are free and some you will have to pay for.

I do not consider myself an expert and I learn something new almost every day.
