I am having cereal chock full with nuts roasted barley flakes and sultanas. Plus soya cherry yogurt and a banana. Followed by toast and pear and apple spread.

At 09.30 in the morning??? - I've eaten breakfast (06.45) and forgotten abbout it and am thinking (and looking forward to) my lunch!!! In the meantime - have large bbowl of fruit and may have Banana or Nectarine before lunch.
