I too don't bother taking stuff home,I use the tea/coffee/biscuits while I'm there,but don't bother with the toiletries...I only ever use simple soap for My face & shower,and Elvive Fibrology shampoo & conditioner for My hair,so if I took theres it would just get stuck in a drawer in the bathroom...One of My old Friends had a drawerful of them but never used them...a bit daft I think

Mine does not need washing every day, it is neither greasy nor dirty, every two days is fine for mine. Anyway it washes all the natural oils from your hair and dries it out.

If I don't use the toiletries I usually take them home, they are in with the cost of the stay so I don't consider it stealing. I wouldn't dream of taking home a dressing gown, towels or other things that are meant for other hotel guests, they cost a lot of money, that would be stealing as I see it.

I'm with NomI take the small bottles of shampoo & a small bar of soap if I've started them, but leave those that are unused, also tea & coffee sachets that I haven't used
It's never occurred to me to take larger items like towels
