Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Glorious here first thing, but the rain came in about 3.30 and it's gone really cold now.

Osteopath came to Rob for the first time since February. Told him to be gentle cos I had no idea how Rob would cope with exercises, but he didn't do too badly considering the length of time he's been without.

Hope you're both feeling better now. I'm just debating whether to put 9 tog duvet on my bed when I change it. I've had the electric blanket on for a few nights. As long as I get into a warm bed I can usually sleep. Horrid when you can't.

Quite a nice start to the morning.
Washing machine on-hopefully will be able to dry clothes outside.
Had a better night's sleep last night so a bit more hwyl today.
Having the bathroom floor measured this afternoon(free)Will see how much to have a new flooring will cost before I commit.
Stay safe.

Lovely sunshine here and changed my bed, so the washing is on the line.
Put the 9 tog duvet on so will be toasty tonight!

Specialist armchair delivered for Rob to try - OT coming this afternoon to supervise us putting him in it. I have to say it is the most hideous thing I have ever seen and quite honestly I can't see any particular benefit to him being in it. It may be going back tomorrow - watch this space.

Sunshine this morning but felt chilly out and about.
Decided not to have the bathroom floor done. It's in good condition, just felt like a change so going to buy a nice bright mat-will be cheaper!
Have a good day,stay safe.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Lovely day here and another lineful of washing dried. Also put the cleaner round the inside of my car - not before time.

Couldn't understand why my little electric fire in the sitting room wouldn't work last night (and I wasn't really warm enough whilst sitting there). Discovered this morning that youngest grandson must have been fiddling with the knobs when he sat there on Tuesday! All sorted now.
