Cookiecatie I would throw the scales in the bin if they said I had put 8lbs on in a week. I put a decimal point in front of 8lb (.8lb) That's approx. 3/4 of a pound. It's still not going the right way though so bigger effort needed from me.It is said that warm summer weather helps cut down the calories but not for me.
As I enjoy eating al fresco with nice extras like desserts and ice cream plus more wine or cool beers
