That's the best summary of the pros and cons of Brexit I've read so far!

The BBC will get kicked out of the studio and have to conduct interviews on a red sofa in the middle of a field. Hang on! They're already doing that on BBC Breakfast.

and further more.........
Its has been reported that Camoron has finished reading the book of Revelations regarding Brexit. He has already warned us about economic doom, unemployment and World war 3 yesterday, we have it on good authority that next weeks speech will cover, Flood, Famine, and Pestilence, the saddles have been ordered for the riders of the four horses of the Apocalypse.
so get ready!
he would have done well in "Up Pompeii " as the soothsayer chanting, WOE WOE and THRICE WOE!
They should have named the "2012" film 2016 if we vote to leave.

Re: Are we safer in the EU?

Hi

The way I look at it is this.

This is getting really nasty and personal now amongst the politicians, with ludicrous claims being made by both sides.

The fact is nobody knows what will happen if we leave, it could be good, it could be bad, it is all guess work.

The local MP for Shrewsbury as just announced today that if we leave we will have enough money to build a new Hospital in the town.

Well that ain't going to happen, leave or stay.

Do they honestly think that we are all as thick as they are?

With Osbourne, May, Gove and Boris all coming out with ridiculous statements this is just turning into a carnival of vicious personal attacks about who is going to be the next Prime Minister.

They can fight that out amongst themselves, what they should be doing is running the country, we have enough problems in or out of the EU.

Let's face it, we will still have MPs no matter what happens, they will still get paid, still get their expenses and pensions, so it ain't going to affect them either way, they are safe and secure.

Re: Are we safer in the EU?

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the small miracle of the BBC news actually reporting a more balanced appraisal of the struggle going on concerning the EU. Today's report pointed out that although the rich would benefit most from remaining in the EU, people lower down the food chain (the working classes) would not. Also, multi national companies would fare better than small businesses who struggle with the rules and regulations imposed by Brussels.

All of this, of course, has already been widely reported by less biased news agencies. I'm very surprised, however, that the BBC has done so. It is well known that the BBC are, not only left wing, but also receive generous support from the EU, so why shouldn't they support the 'remain' campaign?

The obvious answer to that question, of course, is that it is our national broadcasting organisation and that it should be completely unbiased when news reporting.

The EU has done some good stuff to stop the exploitation of workers.

Re: Are we safer in the EU?

Are we safer? Well that is a silly proposition, as individuals, it probably makes no difference either way, as a nation, it may do so.
