Ceuta and Melilla are not included on the list of the United Nations non-self-governing territories (gibraltar is). These two moroccan cities are not included on the list because in the 1960s the on july 6 1963, the late king Hassan II and general franco met in madrid's barajas airport to address their pending territorial disputes. And they made an agreement that came to a meeting known as the "Espiritu de Barajas".
Every year, thousands of african migrants, including moroccans, try to cross into spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla. That being the reason the locals don't like being spanish

But Melilla and Ceuta don't belong to Spain nothing to do with Gibraltar or the UN.

Just more colonial EU land grabs.

No such thing as 3rd countries, they are independent sovereign nations

Third country is just a point of view from the EU point of view.

It doesn't matter what you call them. The EU call them 'third countries'. They are the same countries I referred to anyway.

Discussed? Yes. Progres? No.

New Zealand is “very frustrated” at the slow progress being made in striking a post-Brexit trade deal with the UK, the country’s deputy prime minister said today.

Live on in your nightmare, flinders.
