It has been brought to my attention you are spending an awful lot of time in that Jokes for Blokes section of late, young Judsy. What's more, I see you are not only reading such stuff, but contributing as well! Tut tut tut.

That was mean Swim! the poor girl has a swollen ankle, and is taking pills to aid her recovery. Heaven knows what you are going to say when you get the bill from her private doctor? You will see Harley street on his address.

You realise you will have to pay dearly for that, because as Twink has informed you, it was Harley Street I attended - and I may need further treatment yet, in fact I am now quite sure I will.
I have told them you will be delighted to pay the bill.

That is only the first part of my treatment though Twinks.
I am to go back next week for another check up which will cost even more as I can only go out of normal surgery hours.
