No idea what to have for lunch. It's cold and miserable today, so something 'comforting' is called for.

Tonight's dinner will be slow roast shoulder of lamb, roast tatties + veges.

We had brunch at 11 a.m. Rolls with bacon, egg and tattie scone.

Dinner will be mince and tatties. Haven't had that in a while.

I just made a pot of soup for lunch during the week. It smells delicious even though I say so myself

I cooked an Aldi's chicken breast joint with stuffing, steamed broccoli, carrots and turnip, garden peas and boiled potatoes, it made 2 dinners so I'll have the second serving tomorrow

Sunday roast with really good Yorkshire puddings. I did not know Russian's could make Yorkshire's like my old mum used to.
