Precisely!!! - and I don't reserve Turkey just for Xmas Day - when its available in the shops I'll eat it any day. I have a guest coming to visit me next week - we'll probably be eating Turkey yet again.

I always prefer white meats to red anyway, and eat more turkey and chicken than the others, with pork coming a close second (or third).

I ain't fussed about the colour of the meat - meat is meat, is meat and it all goes down the same hole in largish quantities !!!

With some of the remaining carcass of the Turkey I ate at the weekend, will no make a turkey curry.
