I made pan fried chicken breast in a Porcini mushroom and red wine sauce, served with steamed carrots and broccoli and creamed potatoes.

mmm Diane that sounds wonderful.

We had:

Fresh Salmon Steak, Jacket Potato, Broccoli Chees & Carrots.

I love cooking and most dishes are fairly easy. It is better than a restaurant if you are cooking what you enjoy eating.

Yes I agree Twink. I enjoy cooking and cook everything from scratch.

Today its Chicken Kiev (bought ones), Baked potato, Carrots and Cabbage.

Have removed chicken breast from freezer, not sure yet whether to roast it, make a curry, or casserole it.
