Afternoon all.
I actually did some ironing today, well one table cloth, for some reason it had got very creased & didn't fall out, so out came the ironing board, I did know where that was, hunted for the iron, it was in the kitchen carousel.
Plugged it in, then took a while to work out how to use it, got to be years since I did. Sussed that out, switched it on, but though hot it wasn't ironing the cloth, ah thought I, try steam, so after another few moments, trying to find where to put the water in, not adding enough & then adding more, I got it to work. The smell was lovely, I had forgotten how ironing items causes that aroma.
Ironing it has made some difference but it's still a bit creased. Will have to do. No idea why it suddenly got so creased, every other time it's come out fine & drip dried.

Coming home from gardening met a plasterer just leaving our estate so asked him if he did tiling. Yes, he can do kitchens, bathrooms etc., so took his card. Rang him this afternoon but he was with a client and promised a call back to make appt for a quote. Bless him, he's just rung so am expecting him Friday morning at 10.

I took a look at his website, all photos of plastering jobs, but a good look at his FB page showed other projects, so am confident.
