I have had to stop going to Slimnming world temporarily--maybe till New year-think New Washing Machine--no spare cash--but I do not intend to stop using the plan-so I was really pleased to see that over the last 2 weeks I lost another 5 pounds !!!

I really need to make a Shepherd's Pie someday soon. Or at least a Cottage Pie. Lamb is major expensive here. But that sounds so good. Comfort food at its best.

And looking at this again... do you see what's happened here? You've lost weight, even without blowing what little money you have on a weight loss program that I know you like, but you probably don't need.

I agree with Linda you have lost another 5 lbs without going to Slimming World, so you have saved money, well done.

thanks Linda and Susie---yes you are quite right--I also had an estimate yesterday for a new fuse box--£800.00-----they must be mad---I am still sorry I cannot got to SW---really lovely people there---except for 2--but thats another story---but on the other hand, because I can no longer join in the facebook support group, I have been invited to other support groiups on Facebook--so not all bad then..
