Yum, salmon. I had the most amazing filet of salmon last week for lunch. It was raspberry-chipotle salmon and it was fabulous. I didn't make it myself, it was bought from my store's seafood department. They often take fillets of different types of fish and marinate them in different sauces and seasonings. They also have salmon 'burgers' you can buy. My favorite is the garden vegetable one, but they also have feta and spinach salmon burgers as well. I never actually eat them as a burger on a bun. I just bake them them up and eat them as-is.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
You know what we should do to liven things up around here a bit? Food challenges. Like a "vegetarian week" where no meat products are allowed. Or a "no bread" week, where we eliminate all bread products. That sort of thing.
