Oh and don't feel bad about the couple pounds you went up. I did too. I'm 2 pounds heavier than I was the last time I weighed myself. I try not to stress out over it, because I doubt it's actual fat weight, as I'm sticking to my eating plan and all. But I will admit that I've gotten a little careless on the weekends and I need to get a grip on that because if I continue to make that a habit, I'll definitely put weight back on for sure.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
No, i do not have to join in if I do not want to--and there is no pressure---but I guess an extra hour walking a week is not going to hurt me---plus its all around my village--starting at the church--if i have had enough i will just go home ! But is a good way also of getting to know more people-as some are from different time/day groups.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.

Sounds good---are pimentos the same as red peppers--thats what im planning for me and my ex BF tomorrow for lunch, when i visit him. egg salad and roasted red peppers. Lovely fresh wholemeal bread--simple, tasty all good. That is probably the only time I have bread now--I used to have it vutually every meal. so cut right down on it.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
