Well, i had my usual --cereal, fresh fruit and youghurt from breakfast.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
My chicken in the slow cooker was so so nice-i am always going to do it that way in future-i put a little hot water in bottom of slow cooker--dissiolved chicken stock cube in it--put 2 carrots and some celery stcks in water--lay chicen on the veg--put the lid on--then left it all day--so easy--might try that with other meats--although i do not eat a lot of other meats---but i have started eating gammon--maybe that would work in there--i will give it a go next time i have it..Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
