Ive been using them and the floss on a stick things for years, always have one in a pocket as I hate feeling like I've food stuck between my teeth

Lots of different sizes and lots of different sized gaps. But I use the disposable rubber type ones when out and about

I can't use floss or tape as I've a dreadful gag reflex

I also use them every day. My teeth are a bit uneven and food always gets stuck in the same place, so I have to use them. I need the green 0.8mm one which is quite thick. I couldn't get on without them now.

So many years, I've forgotten how long ago I've picked and sawn and shoved between my teeth.

First the sticks, then the things that looked like tiny hacksaws, then floss, then the satin tape floss, then the inter dental brushes.

Now, it's just the satin tape floss and the inter dental brushes.

Every day, without fail, after I've eaten and last thing at night.

I'm not so fastidious as you Pesta, I do try keep them clean though have to admit I have difficulty getting between the back ones. I bought some of the catapult type ones recommend here, will try with them.
