My multi-vit I take daily has 75 mg of magnesium in it.
It doesn't say what type though.

Actually goldcrest I started taking a supplement which is high in magnesium and I have started to suffer quite badly with acid recently, I never connected the two but maybe it's to blame? I might stop taking it for a while.
