Re: Not Safe at G.Ps

Hi

The problem is many do not read the notes or even ask if you are allergic to anything.

What a strange thing for the doctor to prescribe then, deylon.
Glad she isn't my doctor!

Reaching for harsh antibiotics for something like this is imo madness.

I always have a bottle of Grapefruit Seed Extract at hand which is one of the strongest NATURAL anti-biotics. If I get an ear infection I put a couple of drops of that in some water and then a put a few drops of that mixture in my ear before bed. By morning it will have killed the infection.

This is only for external infections obviously.
Sorry if I'm straying a little, but I have a long term problem with itchy ear canals, and also a similar problem with my nose.

I did get referred to a specialist (ENT surgeon) regarding my itching nose and persistent sneezing, and he prescribed a steroid spray. It didn't do any good.

I don't want to go to the doctor again because I consider these things trivial, and there are far more people in need than I am.

So for that reason, I'd like to know if you know of any natural treatments for these problems. I have a feeling that they may work better than the 'official' medicines prescribed.

Any itching that affects both nose and ear could be an allergy JBR. I'm not sure if they contra indicate with any meds you're on, but have you tried anti histamines? The first thing I'd feel when I had an anaphylactic shock was infernal itching in my ears, sneezing and a tickly throat.

Is it worse in the morning or at night?
