Slimming for Men

If any of the gentlemen (cough) on here want to lost a few pounds, have a look at this website.

The chap was talking about it on the radio yesterday and said he needed to lose weight but found it a bit tedious when every slimming club he tried, was full of women talking about their bikini lines etc.
He decided to start a slimming club for men, and from what they were saying it seems to be very successful.

Stevens been losing weight over last couple of years doing really well on his own. But I'm sure he'd agree the slimming clubs are more set up towards women.

Thanks Mups, this might be can absolute godsend here... lordruthio tried on the expensive suit he had made five years ago for son no.1's wedding and he couldn't get into the trousers or the jacket!!!!!!!

I found this in your link...https://talk.manvfat.com/t/calorie-c...ife/5708...and he's brightened up considerably!

Mind you, if it means eating less he won't like it

Buy him a small plate and load it higher, he might think he's got more!

Failing that, blindfold him.

The chap talking about it on the radio sounded really nice and very convincing about it.

Took a quick look. Disappointingly I didn't see any section of the website along the lines of "How to choose and eat the right foods for life"

I did see a link where I could buy their book for £6.49 (Kindle) or £8+ for paperback.

So . . . . not for me. Just another money spinner.

Losing weight and eating correctly is free. It doesn't require diets and clubs, and neither of those things will ever result in permanent weight loss.
