I don't know how I could have missed this thread!

Many years ago - in the 1970's I was bothered by a permanently twitching eye. It went on for 6 months. In that time the doctor gave me mild tranquilizers to calm the nerve but they didn't work.

I did some research of my own and decided if the nerve couldn't be calmed I'd feed it instead.

I got some Brewers Yeast tablets and took a hand full every day - split into three even doses.

Within 3 weeks the twitch had gone. I've no doubt it was the B vitamins that cured it.

I get it occasionally and what's odd is that it feels as though it's twitching away like mad but when you look in the mirror, it's hardly noticeable.
