Encouraging statement from JRM

A very encouraging statement from Jacob Rees-Mogg, and he is not one to talk a load of rubbish.

I do think he gives good advice when he says that 'no deal' would be of great benefit to the UK.

I'm sorry but I'm very naive about brexit. The only thing that occurs to me is that we appear to be going cap in hand to the EU pleading with them to let us go. Surely its going to affect the EU badly when we do go so it should be as much in their interest for them to do some sort of deal with us as much as us with them.
I did agree with JRM when he was on question time last.
Obviously there are far more qualified and knowledgeable people on here who will put me right on this.

I can understand how you feel. I have said that I trust TM to stand up for us, but I'm not sure she's strong enough.

I think the duo of Jacob Rees-Mogg and Nigel Farage would sort them out in double quick time. Margaret Thatcher would have done so without any doubt.

Of course, it might help if everyone in this country would stand up and offer their full support to Brexit and TM.

Hi

Jacob Rees Mogg is a very nice and entertaining character.

I like him.

Like many of his ilk, a great visionary, but absolutely useless at the pointy end, the putting of ideas into practice.

It is the pointy end which matters.

The pointy end is getting very worried, because naff all constructive is being done and time is running short.

This man has no axe to grind, he is a professional, it is his job to make sure things happen on time and on budget.

Even the head of the leave campaign is not a happy womble with the way things are being done.

The pointy end is where things matter, we have to make a success of it.

A chaos theory Brexit?

I see he read history at Oxford and not economics. The emotions and self-interest need to be removed from decision making on the way forward and replaced with hard logic and an understanding of how decisions will affect ordinary UK citizens.

Hi

It is a fact of life that those at the pointy end have not had the advantage of a private education and Oxbridge.

You work your way up in spite of, not because of your ability and determination.

You are still scum even if you get to the top, you are not one of them, you do not have family money, never been to the right schools.

It is exactly the same whether you are Tory or Labour.

Corbyn is a little Rich Boy, a Champagne Socialist, he has never had to work a day in his life and rely on his wages.

His parents where minted.

His backer, Seumas Milne, is even worse.

Long gone are the days of proper Labour Politicians, those who grew up with nowt, Harold Wilson, who taught me my Politics.

Work hard Lad, get yourself an education, the Bosses pay your wages, never forget that, you work hard enough to pay your wages and 10% on top for their time and trouble.

Never let them forget that, your work is what makes them rich, you are not a doormat, but without them you would not have a job.

Wise words, sadly now forgotten by the arrogant, rich, left wing Labour which we now have.

He's a true champagne socialist. He grew up in a mini mansion nowhere near dark satanic mills or gritty deprivation. His "kindly" approach reminds me of the High Sparrow in Game of Thrones. He's totally ruined the labour party.
