No Idea

Not surprising really, he admits to no idea, some want him to be prime minister? excellent cv.

Corbyn admits he had no idea how much it would cost when he told students he would 'deal with' their existing debts and DENIES the pledge was ever meant to be a promise
Corbyn told NME magazine he wanted to help past students who have debts*
But he admitted today he did not know how much the policy would cost Labour*
And he insisted the pre-election vow had never been intended as a promise

''and Corbyn denies the pledge was ever meant to be a promise''

Of course it wasn't a 'promise' it was a straight forward bribe to the young and gullible who weren't around in the days of 'Militant' and see Corbyn as a benign grandfather figure rather than the Trotskyist in sheeps clothing that he really is.

How about the beeb.

He told the BBC he had never promised to abolish all debt as Labour "were unaware of the size of it at the time".

Would make a good catchphrase for all political parties right now.

Re: No Idea

Way I see it all politicians have a wish list, they tell us what they want to do if they get in but once they see the books they can only do what they are able to not what they wish. All political parties have done it.

I'd rather vote for someone with a wish list I agree with than one that I don't. That's all we can do.

Lib dems found to their cost their wish list nearly destroyed them.

It's tome politics grew up and actually said that's all these things are is wishes. And time we all grew up and understood that.

Cons do it, lib dems do it and labour do it they all do.

But only Corbyn seems to be held up as a liar. Must be he has a better more aspirational wish list actually grabs people's imaginations, so he has to be taken down.

Re: No Idea

The vicar's daughter bedazzled by opinion polls dreamt and wished for a landside majority, turning us into a one party state.

Reality kicked in. She ended up with a hung parliament bribing a load of Irish bigot with our money.

Lesson. Be careful what you wish for.
