Threads.

I wonder if other members find it a bit irritating, when sometimes a thread is going , you make post , then go back , to see what xyz said and the post has gone.
Maybe to re-appear an hour or so later.
Do others feel the same ? I haven"t seen it on other sites.

I haven't seen that happen but then I haven't been here very long.

Hi Apricot try checking the list of your posts in your profile where it says 'Find all posts by APRICOT' to make sure you are looking in the right place or you could subscribe to a thread.
Posts don't disappear and reappear .

Puzzling I've never seen it happen. Perhaps try as Meg suggested I know I've lost a few posts and suddenly realised they are just in a similar thread not the one I thought I posted in ! I'm putting it down to menopause brain.

Perhaps you didn't "post" it?
Easily done, write a huge reply then forget to click on "post".

You are not alone Tess! I tend to preview the post so I can read it through, and when it looks ok I move on to something else.... never realizing that I haven't pressed submit reply!

Yep, I've done the same.

Only thing is, that doesn't explain why Apricot's seem to 'reappear' later though.
