Npower told me I was dead which I have previously posted on here a copy of. They got the names mixed up so I complained bitterly and got £25 in compensation.

Mups, Npower are a disgrace, when we wanted to transfer the liability of electricity from us to a young tenant it took Npower one hour and a half to switch it over. We had to keep the mobile phone connected to the charger so the battery didn't go flat. I cannot believe it takes that long. I thought we were on some sort of wind up. It took welsh water 7 minutes to do the same thing with the water supply. It's a joke with these people.
