Well that was Weird

Working on a Night Shift Saturday into Sunday and sitting at my desk watching all the monitor screens jump back an hour at 2am . When you think about it , turning clocks back and forward is crazy really . P.S Hope you all enjoyed your extra hours sleep .

Steve I have had many jobs over the years to 'make ends meet' some of them included working nights. The 'extra hour' for which I never got paid used to annoy me greatly.
Somehow I never seemed to work on the nights when there was an hour less to work.

Yes that has happened to me too often to count too and no extra pay most annoying.

I didnt enjoy an extra hour in bed this morning. It takes my clock weeks
to get used to the different times. I wish they would stop it as I cant
see the point doing it now. I know if was for the first World War so that
the farmers could get more light for farming. That was a hundred years ago
They had work houses hundred years ago it doesn't mean we have to.

I tried to turn my clocks back 50 years - it didn't work - bugger.

Try just 20 years next time Tony, you might have been asking a bit too much.

I wonder if many of us would do things any differently if we could turn the clocks back?

I would prefer BST all the year round.

I prefer GMT...don't make the winters warmer or the summers colder while BST don't make the winters colder or the summers warmer.

Hate getting up when its dark but don't mind the early darker evenings.

Did you get paid for the hour saved in March if you did work that day.
