Good morning everyone cloudy with a bit of drizzle.

I need to pop to the shops before tomorrow when the Three Counties Show starts and the roads will be chaos.

I am going to buy some of our lovely locally grown asparagus to make some healthy soup for lunch.

I'm having a walk round the historic Derbyshire Mill town of Belper today.

After viewing all the mills & old buildings a bit of lunch & shopping will follow.

Good morning all rain in the air and very windy.

Had a lovely day in Cardiff yesterday, took a boat trip on the River Taff to Cardiff Bay enjoying the bracing fresh air.
