Well it might be your first thought but most normal sensible people would assume that a 79 year old man riding for some hours in the sun in a hot uniform was taken I'll.
He was not " thrown " from his horse ( as many of the red tops have reported ) but passed out and fell off .

I did think he must have been ill, Tabs, especially when I read his age.
I thought it was perhaps his heart, poor man.
