Yet another soggy day, though it did clear up a bit this afternoon. Went over to Aberedw to see youngest son's partner finish her virtual London marathon. Dood dropped her off at the top of the Elan valley at 7.30 am this morning and we clapped and cheered for her outside the pub about 11.30. Not sure of the actual time, forgot to look! She was running for Noah's Ark the Children's Hospice.Had a video phone call with Rob and his Vanessa this afternoon - that cheered him up.
Just turned on the TV to find that all the Sunday evening programmes have changed. Good thing I have some programmes recorded.

Just back from taking laundry to the hospital. Haven't been doing this journey while the weather has been good. Managed to keep up with it myself, but yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back
Yet another grey miserable day, all the lights and heating on!

Visitation from OT this morning, together with rep from Powys Care & Repair and electrician. All to discuss how to get new charging unit fitted for hoist - which in my opinion doesn't need altering. Wonder what that cost.?Off to get flu jab this afternoon. Did that all wrong, cos it means I can't pick up my boys from the bus.....
