International Womens day 2016

Its International Womens day today.

How will you mark the day?

Celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women.
Yet let's also be aware progress has slowed in many places across the world, so urgent action is needed to accelerate gender parity.
Leaders across the world are pledging to take action as champions of gender parity.

I'm a founder member! Are you? If not, join today. We can change the agenda of competition and War War. We need more MPs of both genders who support equality and fair practice for all. Imagine what a difference we can make - men and women working together for a better, more free and equal country. Today the UK, tomorrow the World!

Not all women can be strong. Not all women can be brave, but we can be both when we do things together.

I will be marking the day by wearing a purple T shirt and going to a function of women in sport here .

Re: International Womens day 2016

I will be marking the day as usual, by chasing the electrician and bashing him for not turning up this morning. Then I shall be plotting revenge on the double glazing bloke for the same reason!!

If more women did more of these jobs they would flippin' well get done on time!

No different to any other day for me. Washing, cleaning, doing things for OH & being on the internet or watching TV.

Hi

International Women's Day?

What about us poor, downtrodden men?

We need a balance,.given the number of Poinkers and Pillow Smotherer's on this Forum us men need to stand up for ourselves.

We work harder and longer than women do for our Pensions.

We need an International Man's Day and a champion of Male Right's.

I vote for Nom, the next UN Ambassador for Men.

Tax free man caves is what we underlings need, and Nom is the man to do it.

Re: International Womens day 2016

How long have you men been running things? If you haven't got it right by now it's time you stood aside and let us take over. Why do you think aid charities are now giving money directly to the women? They spend it on grain, digging wells and farming implement, not on guns and beer!
