It's all very scary, and if WikiLeaks are putting it in the media, we can guarantee there is a lot of truth in it.
I don't know if anyone remembers how bad we thought it was for the USSR to monitor their workers and have spies in every camp at one time ? Our workers are spied on constantly, by phone, email and cameras, and are monitored from security buildings in a different places. Ha ! We are doing SO much better than the Ruskies.

I have always wondered about my sons TV. It's biggish but not huge like many are now.There is only one way to turn the set off, which is by the remote or on /off switch. No side switch on the TV . Once it's turned off, there is always a red light showing on the on /off button at the front of the set. The only way the red light goes out is if the TV is turned off at the mains.
I thought it might be dangerous as it would appear to be on stand bye at all times. Anyway, just another little quirk that makes me wonder.
Son told me not to be stupid, so I got the message
